Yankee Parade

 I traveled to work in a sea of navy and white this morning on the train from Tarrytown, NY to Grand Central Station.

I ached to be heading downtown with New York Yankee fans playing hooky from school and work today. Wished I could follow the Matsui jerseys, little kids in face paint and teenage girls in A-Rod t-shirts. Watching the parade on the TV’s at work will have to do.  I headed to work in Times Square this morning, wearing some form of pinstripes. Corporate pinstripes, that is.
